Terms of Use
This site is run by me, Kshetez Vinayak, as an individual, from India. Using it means you are fine with what is written here. It is short on purpose.
The checklist and the audit are free
You pay nothing for either one. There is no account, no card, and no trial that turns into a charge. In return, do not treat them as something you have bought. They are things I give away.
The audit is reviewed for fit
- Applying does not mean you get an audit. I read every application myself and decide.
- I run these by hand, so I can only take a limited number at a time.
- If it is not a fit, I email you and say so. I would rather tell you straight than send you something thin.
- If it is a fit, I aim to have your audit with you within 48 business hours. That is my working target, not a contractual deadline.
What I do not guarantee
I do not guarantee results: not rankings or search positions, not traffic or referral visits, not citations or mentions in AI assistants, not leads, and not revenue. Nobody honest can guarantee those. What I give you is an accurate reading of where you stand today and my honest opinion on what to fix first. What you do with it is your call, and the outcome is your business.
The checklist and the audit are information, not professional advice. Check anything important against your own situation before acting on it.
Fair use of the forms
- Use your own details. Do not submit someone else's name or email address.
- Do not submit automatically, repeatedly, or in bulk.
- Do not use the forms to send anything unlawful or abusive.
If a submission looks automated or abusive I will discard it.
The checklist link is yours
The working link I email you is private and meant for you. Share it with your own team freely. Please ask me first before republishing the checklist content publicly or passing it off as your own. I will usually say yes.
I may change or withdraw these
The checklist and the audit are free things I offer while I can. I may change them, pause them, or stop offering them at any time, including while your application is waiting. If that happens to you, I will email you and say so.
Changes to this page
If I change anything here, the date at the bottom changes with it. Carrying on using the site after that means you are fine with the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
