This site is run by me, Kshetez Vinayak, as an individual, from India. I am not a company. This page says exactly what I collect, why, and how to make me delete it.

What I collect and when

Only what you type into a form. I do not buy lists and I do not collect anything about you before you submit something.

When you ask for the 90-day checklist

  • Your email address.
  • A hidden anti-spam field. If it is filled in I discard the whole submission. It is never stored.

When you apply for the free audit

  • Your name.
  • Your work email address.
  • Your website.
  • The example prompts you think your buyers would ask.
  • Where the business is today, from a fixed list of options.
  • Whether you are the decision-maker for SEO or marketing spend, from a fixed list of options.

When you send a service inquiry

  • Your name, work email, website, and company stage.
  • What you want search to do for the business, and anything you have already tried.
  • How soon you want to start.

Where you came from

If you arrive from a link that carries campaign values in the address, I keep those values and the address of the page that referred you. They sit in your browser's session storage and are sent along when you submit a form, so I can tell which piece of writing brought you here. They are cleared when you close the tab. Your email address is never put in a web address.

Why I collect it

  • To email you the thing you asked for.
  • To read your audit application and decide whether it is a fit.
  • To reply to you.
  • To send occasional Search Momentum updates, which you can stop at any time.
  • To count how many people asked, so I know whether any of this is working.

Who processes it

  • Loops stores your contact record and sends the emails. Everything you type into a form on this site goes to Loops. It is the only processor that receives form data.
  • Vercel hosts the site and runs Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
  • PostHog measures how these pages perform: page views, and a small number of named steps such as the audit invitation being shown and clicked, with the campaign values above attached. It does not receive what you typed into a form.

That is the whole list. Nobody else receives it.

What I do not do

  • I do not sell your details, and I never will.
  • I do not hand them to ad networks or data brokers.
  • I do not share them with anyone beyond the three providers named above.
  • I do not put your email address in a web address, where it could leak into logs or a referrer header.

How to unsubscribe

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are out. If the link does not work, email me at admin@kshetezvinayak.com and I will do it by hand.

How to get your data deleted

Email admin@kshetezvinayak.com and ask. I will delete your contact record from Loops and reply to confirm. You do not have to give a reason. You can also ask me for a copy of what I hold, which is only ever the fields listed above.

Cookies and browser storage

  • I do not use advertising cookies.
  • Campaign values and the referring page are kept in session storage and cleared when you close the tab.
  • If you ask for the audit after requesting the checklist, your email address is passed between the two pages through session storage so you do not have to type it again. It is removed as soon as it is used.
  • Your progress through the checklist itself stays in your own browser. I never see it.
  • Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless. PostHog, once it is switched on, sets its own cookie to recognise a returning browser.
